Founded in 2013, Brain Up is one of the leading providers of abacus education in the UK, with a widespread network dedicated to teaching children the art of mental arithmetic. We are committed to fostering a love for learning through the abacus, and we organise a variety of examinations, national competitions, and international events to enhance our students' skills and experiences.

In 2026, we are excited to host the "Brain Up International Championship 2026", a prestigious event that will bring together abacus learners from around the world to showcase their talents and compete in a vibrant atmosphere. This championship promises to be an unforgettable experience, filled with opportunities for learning, growth, and cultural exchange. ​

​A selection round will be held in January 2026 and an invitation will be sent to you if your child has passed the selection test. If you have any questions regarding the Championship, please get in touch with your child's tutor for more information.
